Concert Tour of Belgium

JUNE 20             9:00 AM                BONJOUR
TUESDAY     - 3:00 PM           CONCERT             .

 After our BUFFET BREAKFAST, we will board our CHARTER COACH for our trip to BRUGES,
sometimes called the “Venice of the North.” Walk around the City Center and marvel at this perfectly preserved
Medieval city – visit the GROTE MARKT, challenge yourself and walk up 366 steps to the BELFRY OF BRUGES,
see the BASILICA OF THE HOLY BLOOD, TOWN HALL, GROENINGE MUSEUM, CHURCH OF OUR LADY,
SINT-JANSSPITAAL (Hospital), SINT-SALVATORSKATHEDRAAL, SINT-JACOBSKERK, The BEGUINAGE
(a UNESCO site and home to Benedictine Nuns) and JERUZALEMKIRK. 

At 12:30, we will visit  LACE FACTORY (KANTCENTRUM) and watch the process of producing those marvelous Belgian lace
products by hand.  After the lace demonstration, visit ROOSE’S CHOCOLATE WORLD and drool as you watch a
Master Chocolatier make those wonderful Belgian chocolates.  You might want the ultimate chocolate dining experience at
THE OLD CHOCOLATE HOUSE, buy some chocolates at DUMON (considered to be the best chocolate shop in Belgium-
stand in Market Square with your back to the Tower, take the street on the upper Left to the shop on your Right) or blush when you see
some naughty chocolates at CHOCOLADEHUISIE.  This is a wonderful town to walk around and enjoy the picturesque
cobbled streets with the photogenic market squares lined with soaring gabled homes  

At 3:00 PM, we will perform a CONCERT in SINT-SALVATORSKATHEDRAAL

LUNCH and DINNER are on your own.  BONSOIR
